We are urgently need some experts that experienced in application
support area to be a Application Support in our client company.
Please look at the requirements below.
0003/MY/APPSUPPORT - Application Support
Mandatory skills:
- Experience on application support 3 - 5 years
- Experience on Informix SQL & 4GL
- ODBC knowledge
- Experience on Microsoft SQL Server 2000 programming (T-SQL)
- Unix Shell Scripting
- Perl Scripting
- CGI Scripting
- Mentor Graphics
- Synopsis
- Cadence
- True CM/Snapshot CM
- VSS
- ClearCase
- CodeSoft
- Bartender Barcode Software
- ASP.NET Scripting
- VB.NET Scripting
- ISQL- Hands on Preferred
- Power Builder
Job Description:
1. Provide front-line application support that covers.
2. Assist with application installation and configuration.
3. Identify & resolve software problems (bug fixes).
4. Working with business contacts to identify and implement
application modifications.
5. Create and deploy software enhancements and customizations per
business direction.
6. Resolve application migration and upgrade issues.
7. Work with IT team on application security and access issues.
8. Support future Applications that are transferred from other customer sites.
9. Coordination of application downtime between business users &
various IT teams.
10. Documents changes made on program, jobs & schedules.
11. Document known solutions/workarounds.
12. Work well with other team members and customers.
General skill:
- Good communication in English

perusahaan sekarang maunya employee kerja banyak tp gaji dikit. kesejahteraan karyawan gak tau nomer ke berapa, yg penting owner bisa dapat untung banyak.
