Sql Sintaksnya atau apa.. kan kalau sintaks sqlnya tinggal pake limit 1

Betul kata bang ahmad tuh.... kalau mySQL bisa pake limit 1 (select * from table limit 1,1), kalau di SQL Server bisa pake select top 1 * from table where bla....
