Hiiiiii friends
Aku punya dikit masalah nih..... bagaimana ambil semua data dari dbgrid dan masukin semua ke table baru..... jadi data table lama nggak langsung di copy ke table baru tapi via dbgrid

table lama (.xls dan tiap detik berubah) -> dbgrid -> table baru

Dengan dbgrid berarti kan dikoneksikan ke TTable atau TQuery dulu melalui DataSource kan?
Langsung aja semua record TTable/TQuery yang dikoneksikan ke DBGrid di transfer langsung ke Table baru...

Tampilan DBGrid sudah pasti mencerminakan TTable/TQuery yang terhubung.. Asal filter/query nya gak berubah...
Jadi setelah di-open dan DBGrid menampilkan semua data yang diinginkan, maka siap untuk ditransfer..

Coba kamu pake Batchmode,
Dengan Batch Mode perubahan pada DBGrid tidak secara langsung ke update ke table aslinya. kalo nanti mau diupdate gunakan perintah updateBatch

Kalau seperti diatas sih udah ngerti dikit tapi yang buat gw pusing tuh table berada di 2 koneksi berbeda (1 server mySQl, 1 lagi bukan server tapi file .xls -dan di .xls tabelnya kudu pake [xxxxx] sedangkan di query untuk ke connetion mySQL tidak mengenal tabel [xxxxx] cukup xxxxx aja) gitu lho akar permasalahnya.

Kalau ambil data satu2x dari dbgrid (atau di query satu2x dari .xls -nya) wah makan waktu banyak (tidak efisien), sedangkan data yang berubah dari file .xls otomatis di dbgrid nya setiap 1-2 second.

kalau di batchmov pusing juga.... table dari .xls itu yang buat gw pusing Very Happy, sekarang masih mau coba batchmov pake table alias (untuk .xls)

Ada solusi yang lebih baik ???

Kenapa gak pake subquery buat memasukkan data dari excell ke MySQL nya, pake MySQL 4.1 ke atas yg udah mendukung subquery. Dari segi waktu kalo pake sub query lumayan cepet
